1. General Policy

LeadsFuel operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

2. Refunds Before Data Delivery

If you request a cancellation and refund before accessing or downloading your contact lists (lead data), we will process a full refund of your most recent payment. In such cases, your subscription will be terminated immediately, and no further charges will apply.

3. No Refunds After Data Delivery

Once you have accessed, exported, or otherwise received your lead lists (contact data), the service is considered delivered and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate value provided, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
